Refund Policy

You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.

Unused token balances are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Tokens that have been spent on AI compute are not refundable — the compute is consumed at the moment the agent runs.

Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, and charges for service that was never delivered are refunded in full. Report them with your Discord ID and the receipt email.

Contact us through the Lunichor Discord or the billing address shown in the app, including your Discord ID and the payment receipt. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

If you file a chargeback, your account may be suspended while the payment provider reviews it. Most issues are faster to resolve through a refund request, which costs you nothing.

If you are in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, you acknowledge that delivery begins at once and the withdrawal right is waived to the extent the law allows. Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive.
